Mrs. Bazzanella is excited to begin her new journey as a Dual Language Junior Kindergarten
teacher. This year will be her first-year teaching at a Catholic School and is looking forward to
embracing the new culture and religion at St. Mary's. Mrs. Bazzanella was born and raised in
Arizona and was a Pre-K teacher for two years at a public school, until she left on parental leave.
She took a break from teaching for about a year to spend more time with her newborn son and
then moved to Albuquerque, NM in 2019 due to her husband’s career as a Firefighter. For the
past two years Mrs. Bazzanella has been a Bilingual Pre-K teacher at a child development center
on the Northwest side of Albuquerque. Aside from missing family back home, Mrs. Bazzanella
has enjoyed her new life in New Mexico with her husband and son.
Mrs. Bazzanella enjoys being outdoors. She also enjoys camping, hiking, and bike riding with
her family in Arizona. She loves it when it rains and can relax with a good cup of coffee. Mrs.
Bazzanella also loves to collect rocks, and crystals, and be creative. She also believes that life is
too short, and we should enjoy the little things in life.
She looks forward to being a great advocate for children in providing them a safe learning
environment where they can be themselves, explore and learn the beauty of bilingual culture.
