Serena DePetro has been teaching for just under 10 years. She has experience with special education, elementary grades, and she has also been a school librarian. She has experience with Early Intervention, where she taught children birth to 3 years old, in their family home. Ms. DePetro previously taught 2nd grade at St. Mary’s School, from 2013-2015. She holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters’ Degree in Special Education. Ms. DePetro has a passion for learning & education; she believes that everyone has the potiential to learn & grow. She believes a good teacher must be a model for the love of school & learning, as well as guiding their students to their highest potential. She loves teaching math, science, handwriting skills, & library skills.
